Specialty Coffee Experts

Currently, with more than 865 acres of specialty coffee cultivated, a significant portion of our annual production is destined for international markets. This is the result of our commitment to meeting essential requirements such as traceability, guarantee of origin, consistent quality, and sustainable farming practices.

We strive to maintain a close and transparent relationship with our exporting partners, as we believe that delivering high-standard products with reliability and consistency is what allows businesses to prosper over the long term.

From Alta Mogiana - Brazil
To the world

Growing coffee with excellence for more than a century

Our story begins in 1897, with the arrival of our great-great-grandfather in Brazil. Born in Rocca San Giovanni, Italy, and passionate about coffee, he made the Alta Mogiana region his new home.

Internationally recognized for its fertile soils and ideal climate, the region favors the cultivation of full-bodied coffees with balanced citric acidity and sweet sensory profiles, revealing notes of chocolate, caramel, nuts, and fruity aromas.

As a result, our coffees are sought after by highly demanding international markets, including Japan, the United States, Canada, and Australia.

SUSTAINABLE COFFEE DIRECT FROM THE PRODUCER

We carefully oversee every stage of our production process, from planting to harvest, ensuring the highest quality coffee beans produced on our farms.

Among the selected varieties of Arabica coffee, Pagliaroni Farms cultivates Bourbon, Catuaí, Obatã, and Mundo Novo, chosen for their excellent agronomic performance and rich sensory potential.

With an uncompromising focus on quality and excellence in aroma and flavor, our mission is to offer our customers the pleasure of experiencing a specialty coffee of the highest standard, with quality guaranteed from origin to cup.

We are deeply committed to maintaining ecological balance, preserving our water sources, native vegetation, and wildlife. In addition, we actively contribute to the restoration of the Atlantic Forest by planting native species and adopting the responsible use of water and energy throughout our operations.

We believe that true success depends on the well-being and professional development of our people. For this reason, we invest in a healthy work environment, continuous training, and the care of our employees’ families, encouraging health and education. Through a close and respectful relationship between employer and team, we have built a workforce fully committed to the cultivation of our Specialty Coffees.

From the seed to your cup

In order to deliver a coffee with identity, with care taken at every stage of production — from planting to the cup — we opened our first Coffee House in Ribeirão Preto, in the heart of São Paulo State. A new coffee experience featuring 100% Arabica Specialty Coffees, distinct extraction methods, and a carefully designed menu created to delight lovers of good food.

The success of this first unit led to the opening of our Coffee House in São Carlos and later to our expansion through franchising, now also represented by our Jundiaí unit. In every location, guests can expect warm service in a comfortable and peaceful environment, enhanced by architecture that values history and identity — as seen in our flagship unit, housed in an iconic historic building built between 1924 and 1926, officially listed as a city heritage site.
